    1. I couldn’t understand your question well. Let me tell you, B12 deficiency is epidemic. Its deficiency has nothing to do with obesity. Symptoms include tiredness, upset stomach, poor digestion, depression, anemia, vision tiredness etc. B12 is not made by our body, and we take it from non veg diet and dairy products. B12 gets stored in in our liver and can stay there for years which it slowly consumes for our body needs.
